It is not permitted for prospective tenants to enter onto the premises without a Frank Kaiser Property Management staff member in attendance.

Bond required is equivalent to four (4) weeks rent. Also required is the first two (2) weeks rent.

Search Assistance - Our office can notify you when a rental property becomes available. Simply complete our online form with your requirements and we will contact you when a suitable property arises..

Maintenance and Repairs - Our experienced property managers ensure all properties are maintained in the best condition for the tenant. This includes prompt attention to urgent repairs and routine maintenance. You can notify Frank Kaiser Property Management of your maintenance requirements by emailing us or contacting our office directly.

Urgent Repairs - Please contact your Property Manager directly for a quick response.

Lease Arrangements - It is the responsibility of the tenant to advise the managing agent of any change in tenancy arrangements such as one tenant moving out or another person sharing the premises. If you wish to terminate the lease, we will advise you of charges that will apply.

Rental Payments - A lease represents a legally binding contract and it is important for the rent to be paid in accordance with the terms of the tenancy.
